Commentaries from ancient Jewish Rabbis who lived righteous lives point to and identify The Man: the Messiah of Israel. Although not Scripture, the writings of various Targums and the Sanhedrin confirm the identity of the Messiah. Both appearances of Messiah are clearly identified by ancient rabbinical writings. God called one man, the man Abraham, to bring forth a nation. And He called that nation, Israel, to bring forth The Man: the Messiah!
Isaiah 52:13-15 "Behold, my servant shall deal prudently, he shall be exalted and extolled, and be very high. As many were astonished at thee; his visage was so marred more than any man, and his form more than the sons of men: So shall He sprinkle many nations; the kings shall shut their mouths at Him: for that which hath not been told them shall they see; and that which they had not heard shall they consider." "Behold, my servant, KING MESSIAH, shall deal wisely during His life. Notwithstanding His purity and innocence, He shall be put to death, but shall rise from the dead, and be lifted up when He accepts the invitation of God to sit at His right hand according to Psalm 110:1,2 and shall be very high." Why is NOT this wonderful passage (and also Isaiah Chapter 53) read in the synagogue today? Because the enemies of the Messiah, fearful lest the Jews might discover that Yeshua is the true Messiah, eliminated the reading of this portion (plus Chapter 53) from their Sabbath services (Haftorah). Therefore, on one Sabbath Chapter 52 is read only through verse 12. Then next Sabbath Chapter 54 is continued, while passing over (omitting) Chapter 53 in its entirety. Many Jews have received MIRACLES from God and become believers in Yeshua h'Meshiach just by reading from Isaiah 52:13 through and including Isaiah Chapter 53.
